Great location but a bit noisy

Excellent location; very good breakfast; helpful staff.

A bit noisy both from other rooms and outside. You can hear footsteps, doors closing; and people at the bar next door.

A good option for a stay in Segovia.

A lovely hotel in a good part of the town just outside the main tourist area. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was excellent.

Hotel was a bit noisy due to lack of soundproofing and the hotel boiler that is located in the hotel courtyard. There was no street noise though.

Beautiful hotel

This hotel is in an excellent location. Upon arrival, the lobby is very beautiful. Our room was in an adjacent building. Initially, we felt we could hear a lot of noise from people walking by our room, with in the hotel, but later on it was quiet, which it was quite good. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is satisfactory.

Great location with parking close by.

The location was close to parking and the aqueduct. A lovely stroll up to the Alcazar and cathedral. Complimentary drink on arrival was appreciated and staff were helpful with restaurants etc.

The taps for the shower over the bath were on the wall at the back of the shower which made it tricky to change the temperature without getting burnt. Not a deal breaker though.

A comfortable stay in Segovia, opt for an upper floor room

The helpful staff and the lobby was lovely. The bathroom was spacious.

The hotel is lovely, but our room was on the ground floor and while it overlooked an odd courtyard (with astroturf) the bathroom overlooked a parking lot. The glass bathroom door let in the parking lot light and while there was a heavy curtain, the set up was a bit weird. I would opt for an upper room. Our room did not look at all like the photos in the listing. The hotel is a bit of a ways from the center of Segovia, but only a 10 min walk

Probably the best hotel in Segovia! We had an amazing room, which was practically a penthouse. Everything was very clean, we had all the shower supplies provided, coffee machine, water and some sweets. Location was amazing and the interior is very comforting.

The Hotel was perfect and we would definitely return.

Excellent Location, Amazing Staff and a Wonderful Breakfast. The property has charm and character and was very comfortable. We were driving and finding parking was very easy.

Do not eat at the Restaurant across the street....Food Poisoning :(Restaurante La Codorniz)

Highly recommended.

Excellent service. Cinthia at reception was very helpful and responsive to our requests and so was the lady looking after the restaurant and bar. Location is excellent. Quiet yet very close to key attractions, restaurants and shops. Parking available nearby. Breakfast was very good. Check-in and check-out was simple and efficient.

Exceptional

We loved the hotel. The location is central and walking distance to all of the historical sites. Breakfast was an adventure with all the wonderful different types of cheeses labeled in English and a variety of other foods. The room and common areas were immaculate. Ladies at reception spoke English and were able to give recommendations for the area and called a taxi to take us to the very remote train station.

First class hotel centrally located with excellent staff.

Beautiful, historic hotel in centre of town -though some way from main sights. The staff were absolutely excellent, with particular praise for Miriam and Raquel. who solved problems with great skill and ease, and also Therese who made us feel very welcome in the restaurant. The cleaner was also great.

The only complaint was the lighting. There was not enough in the bedroom and did not come on quickly enough on the stairs.
